Top Carpooling and Ridesharing Apps on iOS in Denmark: Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, the carpooling and ridesharing sector in Denmark saw varied performances across the top iOS apps. Here's a closer look at the trends for each application, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Uber - Request a ride showed a consistent pattern in weekly downloads, starting from 7.6K at the beginning of the quarter and peaking at over 10K in early July. The app maintained a steady number of weekly active users, beginning at approximately 9.9K and reaching a high of about 14.1K towards the end of July.

Bolt: Request a Ride experienced a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting at 9.2K and dropping to 4.4K by the end of September. Active users followed a similar trend, decreasing from 27K to around 22K over the quarter.

Grab: Taxi Ride, Food Delivery had a modest download rate, beginning at 1.3K and ending the quarter with a slight increase to 950 downloads. Despite this, active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 65K and 78K throughout the period.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver maintained a consistent download rate around 800 downloads weekly, with active users ranging from 8K to 8.7K, showing a slight upward trend towards the end of the quarter.

Freenow by Lyft - taxi & more saw a decline in both downloads and active users. Downloads started at 629 and decreased to 369, while active users similarly dropped from 1.6K to 1.5K.
